This article describes a digital storytelling project involving Indigenous high school students in regional Queensland. ‘Indigenous Stories, Stories of Place’ was delivered by Bundaberg-based arts company Creative Regions and comprised a series of life storytelling and digital media skills-development workshops, concluding with a public screening of young people’s personal narratives. This article outlines the project’s practices, the challenges experienced, and the outcomes for the project’s participants, facilitators, and partnering organisations.
